Make It Safe — £45
For a bike that needs small adjustments to work properly.
Includes:
Full safety and condition inspection
Brake and gear adjustment
Tyres checked and inflated
Bolts checked
Chain lubricated
Test ride
Simple green/amber/red condition report
30-day adjustment guarantee
Does not include cleaning, component fitting, hydraulic work or wheel truing.
Make It Smooth & Reliable — £85
The recommended annual service for most regular riders.
Includes everything in Make It Safe, plus:
Frame and wheel clean
Thorough on-bike drivetrain clean
Bearings checked and adjusted where possible
Minor wheel correction
Labour to fit standard cables, brake pads or a chain identified during the initial inspection
Priority quote for anything else
Parts still remain extra
Reset My Bike — £145
Includes:
Full bike wash
Removed drivetrain deep-clean
Both wheels trued
Bearing inspection and adjustment
Up to two hydraulic brake bleeds
Comprehensive brake and gear setup
Labour to fit normal wear parts identified during the initial inspection
Full clean, test ride and condition report
For dirty, heavily used or long-neglected bikes that do not require a complete rebuild.
Parts charged separately. Bearing replacement, suspension servicing, internal hubs, electronic diagnostics, seized parts and rebuilds are quoted separately.

Service prices cover the labour included within that service package. If your bike requires additional repairs outside the scope of the selected service, these will be charged at the individual labour rates above. Replacement parts are always charged separately, and no additional work is carried out without your approval.
